("Blackwolf" or the "Company") (TSXV: BWCG, OTC:BWCGF) is pleased to announce the results from its Annual General Meeting of shareholders (the "AGM") held December 19, 2023. A total of 30,533,922 common shares of the Company were represented at the AGM, being 24.91% of the Company's issued and outstanding shares. Shareholders approved all matters brought before the AGM, including appointing De Visser Gray, as the Company's auditor and approving the Company's 2023 Amended Omnibus Share Incentive Plan. In addition, Robert McLeod, Morgan Lekstrom, Andrew Bowering, Julia Gartley, Matthew Moore and Vivien Chuang were all elected as directors for the ensuing year.
