President, CEO and Director
Rob McLeod is professional geoscientist with over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining, working for a variety of major and junior mining and exploration companies, primarily in Alaska, B.C., Yukon and Nevada. He was President and CEO of IDM Mining Ltd. recently acquired by Ascot Resources Ltd., and prior to that, a founder and VP Exploration of Underworld Resources acquired by Kinross Gold Corporation for $140M after an initial resource estimate of over 1.4 million ounces gold at the White Gold deposit, Yukon. Rob is a director of other public companies in the mining industry and an active volunteer, as Chair of AME, and as a director of the Britannia Mine Museum.
Ms. Neale has over 20 years of experience in the resource sector as Chief Financial Officer for various domestic and international public junior exploration to mid-cap development and producing mining companies. She has extensive business experience with senior management, complex transactions, corporate finance, financial reporting, governance and regulatory compliance. Most recently, she held the CFO position with IDM Mining Ltd, that was acquired by Ascot Resources Ltd. Additionally, Ms. Neale is an active volunteer, currently as President and Director of the Women in Mining Association of BC and former President and Director of the Vancouver Youth Symphony Orchestra.
VP of Exploration
Marilyne Lacasse has over ten years of experience working in mineral exploration, ranging from Project Management of feasibility-stage underground to grass-roots and project generation. Primarily working in northwest BC and southeast Alaska, she has diverse base and precious metals experience in multiple metallogenic belts and deposit types, including: intrusive-related, porphyry, epithermal and orogenic vein types, Archean lode-gold and VMS systems. Most recently, Ms. Lacasse has consulted for multiple junior exploration companies with her Geological Management Firm, Outbounds Consulting, specializing in oversite of drilling programs as well as high-angle mountaineering geology. She progressed from field geologist to Project Manager with IDM Mining Ltd. at the Red Mountain Underground Gold Project in northwest BC. Ms. Lacasse has also worked with New Gold, Northern Superior Resources and Cabra consulting through her career. She obtained her BSc. in Geology from University of Quebec at Montreal (UQAM) and is a Professional Geologist and Qualified Person under NI 43-101.
Senior Project Geologist
Hayley McIntyre has five years of experience working in mineral exploration on a range of projects from grassroots exploration to feasibility-stage. Hayley graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia Vancouver and has a strong background in structural geology and field mapping. Hayley has also worked with Outbounds Consulting doing high-angle mountaineering geology and structural mapping for a range of junior exploration companies in the Golden Triangle. She has primarily worked on projects in northwest British Columbia and southeast Alaska on a variety of deposit types ranging from epithermal to porphyry, intrusion-related, VMS, banded iron formation, and orogenic gold. During her initial years in geology, Hayley researched with the University of British Columbia and the British Columbia Geologic Survey and then transitioned from academia to the mining industry as an exploration geologist with IDM Mining Ltd. Hayley also integrates her background as an artist into her career through visual communication in geology, as well as graphic design work for a variety of companies in mineral exploration.
Corporate Communications Manager
Tom Kenney is a communications professional with 5 years of experience in many industries, from oil and gas to nonprofit. Most recently, he was the Communications Officer for Total E&P Canada. Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Communications degree from Mount Royal University. With a passion for quality communications, community engagement, and digital media, Tom has been able to implement a diverse array of communications to achieve organizational goals wherever he has been.
Ms. Dhillon has over ten year of experience as a Corporate Secretary for mineral exploration and development Companies, operating in multiple jurisdictions. She has extensive knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory matters, as well as equity transactions and M&A. Her strong management and organizational skills coupled with excellent corporate communication abilities have compounded her excellent reputation. Ms. Dhillon acts as Corporate Secretary for several TSX, TSX.V and CSE listed companies.
